ISS FWW ist der führende deutsche Fondsdaten‑Lieferant und gehört seit 2019 zum ISS-STOXX. Mit den Daten aus der FWW‑Fondsdatenbank unterstützen wir Fondsberater und Anleger dabei, fundierte Anlageentscheidungen zu treffen.

Responsibilities

• Helfen Kunden bei der Übermittlung von Fondsdaten von der Fondsgesellschaft in geregelten Formaten zu ISS FWW.
• Schriftliche und telefonische Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden.
• Koordination und Überwachung der Pflege von Daten und Dokumenten zu Investmentfonds.

Qualifications

• Genau, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch.
• Offene, kommunikative Art.
• Spass am Austausch mit Kunden.
• Teamfähigkeit.
• Logisches, kundenorientiertes und lösungsorientiertes Denken.
• Technisches Grundverständnis.
• Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung / After Sales.
• Interesse am Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen.
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Eigenmotivation.
• Deutsch und Englisch in Sprache und Schrift.
• Idealerweise Erfahrungen/Ausbildung im Finanzbereich.
