The role

As a (Junior) Digital Consultant, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team supporting clients in digital transformation. From day one you will take on responsibility and actively contribute to projects.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Work on projects across Digital–Data and AI–Strategy, Business Innovation, Customer Experience, and Organisational/Business Transformation.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues to develop strategies, concepts, and solutions that create lasting impact for our clients.
• Contribute to cross‑disciplinary transformation consulting projects.
• Apply analytical skills to identify opportunities, build solid recommendations, and design customer‑centric solutions.
• Contribute to the further development of our consulting offerings through market analyses, studies, and new service design.

What’s important to us

• A university degree in business, innovation, strategy, organisational development, or a related field.
• Professional experience in consulting, strategy, innovation, or transformation – gained, for example, through a first full‑time role, a graduate program, or comparable positions.
• Solid understanding of digital trends and technologies and enthusiasm for turning them into practical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, quick comprehension, and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills, proactiveness, and a strong passion for innovation and change.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German or another European language is an asset.
