• Formal checking of internal documents against templates and guidelines.
• Receiving and reviewing external document/data package deliveries.
• Delivering documents and data packages to internal teams, suppliers and customers.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for document and data management, supporting processes, methodologies and tools.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in documentation management within the aeronautics/aerospace sector.
• Completed training in technical documentation or a comparable qualification.
• Meticulous attention to detail combined with excellent fluency in both English and German.
• Experience with PDM systems (e.g., PTC‑Windchill) or information systems (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace) is a plus.
• Confident interfacing with cross‑functional teams including design, production, certification and customer support.
• Proficiency with standard MS Office tools and Google Apps.
• Open to 100 % onsite work model.

The position requires a security clearance under the Sicherheitsüberprüfungsgesetz (SÜG) . This clearance is available only to citizens of EU countries.
