At Mika, we automate bookkeeping for small businesses – with AI, clarity, and a strong team. You’ve got some first experience in accounting and want to grow in a modern fintech? Then join us!

Your Role

Support with capturing and reviewing receipts and invoices.

Learn how automated booking suggestions are generated – and how to review them.

Assist with monthly closings, VAT pre-filings, and reports.

Work closely with experienced colleagues from our accounting and product teams.

Gain exposure to tools like DATEV, Odoo, HubSpot & more.

What You Bring

Initial experience in accounting – e.g. through training, a student job, or a career switch.

Eagerness to work with digital tools and processes.

Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and team spirit.

German at minimum B2 level (C1+ preferred) – English is a bonus.

DATEV or Odoo experience is a plus, not a must.
