Join us at suena energy as (Junior) Growth Marketing Manager (f/m/x) and take ownership of our marketing engine – from campaign automation to multi-channel performance – to make sure our story reaches the right people, in the right way, at the right time.

suena energy is a green tech startup specializing in algorithmic energy trading for energy storage systems and renewable energies. Our vision: a world where clean energy is used reliably, economically, and intelligently. With our AI-based optimization and trading software, we maximize the revenues of operators of large-scale energy storage and renewable assets on short-term electricity and balancing markets – while minimizing their risks. We are a 35-people team, combining coziness and fast-paced dynamics. Following our successful Series A, we’re investing in expanding our team and we’re excited to strengthen our team with new talent and continue growing together.

The team is waiting for you. You’ll be joining a close-knit and dynamic Marketing & Communications team: Pia (Marketing & Comms Circle Lead, strategy and thought leadership), Amelie (Junior Marketing & Communications Manager, PR and content), and Merle (Working Student, branding support). This is a newly created role with room to shape processes and drive impact. You’ll be involved in defining the marketing budget and KPIs from day one.

Your mission

• Take full ownership of HubSpot marketing automation: set up and optimize journeys, segmentation, and lead nurturing.
• Design, execute, and analyze multi-channel campaigns (content, paid, newsletters) to drive reach, conversion, and lead quality.
• Bring data to life: track KPIs, generate actionable insights, and empower Sales & Marketing to refine content and understand target audiences.
• Manage paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) and implement newsletter campaigns, including A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Support SEO audits and event marketing, ensuring visibility and engagement across all relevant channels.

Your profile

• You bring 1–3 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech, with a track record of delivering successful campaigns and measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub (or similar CRM/automation tools).
• Proven skills in campaign management, marketing automation, paid media and SEO.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and conversion funnels.
• Your way of working is creative, well-organized, and proactive - whether you’re driving campaigns or working with colleagues.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience in the energy industry is a plus, but your curiosity and growth mindset matter most.
