Junior HR Business Partner (German-speaking) Our client is a global biopharmaceutical company and a leader in the manufacture of plasma-derived and recombinant therapeutic products in more than 100 countries. The company is committed to treating rare and serious diseases and improving the quality of life of patients around the world. For the Marburg site in Germany, we are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for a fixed-term contract of 6 months (with possibility for extension) as soon as possible. Main Responsibilities Support transformation activities with focus on HR work, including policy updates, system implementations and efficient processes (e.g. reference letters, other people related documents) Coordinate project timelines, meetings and documentation for transformation projectCollaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze and use for data based decision making (e.g. for works council negotiations)Assist in change management activities, including communication planning and training support with focus on the EMEA regionMonitor progress of initiatives, document delivery and provide update to stakeholders Qualifications And Experience JR HR Business Partner with 2-5 years' experience In a similar roleFluent In German and English Would you like to learn more about CTC and the opportunity outlined?
