Your Tasks at Diokles:

• Support international client projects in HR-IT, utilizing SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM tools to deliver solutions for renowned companies.
• Assist in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals) and SAP HCM components (e.g., PA, OM, PY, PT), including ABAP development.
• Conduct requirements engineering to understand clients’ HR processes and translate them into tailored SAP solutions.
• Participate in system testing, quality assurance, data migration, and issue resolution.
• Provide end-user support and training to help clients effectively use SAP SuccessFactors and HCM systems post-implementation.
• Contribute to project documentation, such as functional specifications, process mapping, and training materials.
• Develop expertise in SAP technologies and HR processes through hands-on project work, mentoring, and SAP certifications.
• Stay updated on new SAP features, updates, and trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• Recent graduate or about to graduate in business informatics, computer science, or mathematics.
• Strong understanding of complex and technical issues.
• Initiative, teamwork skills, social skills, and passion for IT.
• Business-fluent English skills (C1); basic German knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to Munich for onboarding and other occasions.
• Open to occasional client travel.
