We're expanding our IT team and seeking a (Junior) IT Systems Administrator to help build and maintain a modern workplace environment. Your mission

Drive the digital workplace at IONITY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for internal IT systems and services.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Support and improve IT infrastructure with automation and operational excellence in mind.
• Contribute ideas to enhance user experience and system performance.
• Participate in weekly remote phone shift rota (with additional compensation).
• Serve as a point of contact for IT-related questions, helping colleagues resolve issues reliably.
• Support workplace security standards in cooperation with cybersecurity team.

• Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Defender for Endpoint
• JAMF (for Mac environments)
• Windows / macOS / iOS / iPadOS
• Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence)
• AWS infrastructure
• Dracoon (secure file sharing)
• ChatGPT and other productivity tools
