Junior Legal Counsel (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to our business units across the EMEA region on a broad range of legal matters.
• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, including supply, purchase, service, IT, and license agreements.
• Contribute to strategic projects, offering legal support at the EMEA and global level.
• Develop and conduct training sessions, especially on international contract law.
• Monitor legal trends and advise on their potential business impact.
• Support dispute resolution by working with external law firms.
• Drive process improvements on compliance topics and implement internal legal policies.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in Germany or another EU member state.
• Solid professional experience in general contract law.
• International experience preferred, especially in the automotive sector.
• Experience in reviewing, negotiating, and drafting commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of intellectual property and insolvency law is a plus.
• Excellent communicator with strong analytical and solution‑oriented skills, both independently and within a team.
• Excellent command of German and English (minimum C1 level); additional European language skills are a plus.
