HiCareer is supporting a modern consulting firm in hiring a Junior Management Consultant. The company helps scaleups, corporates, and investors across EMEA with strategy, transformation, and digitalization projects. With a distributed team of consultants, they deliver high-quality work remotely while still collaborating closely with clients.

🧩 What You’ll Do
• Support client projects across strategy, transformation, and change management
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to generate insights
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to support recommendations
• Build presentations and reports for clients and leadership teams
• Work closely with senior consultants and partners on project delivery



🚀 What Success Looks Like in 6 Months
• You’ve contributed to multiple client projects with high-quality analysis
• Comfortable running your own workstream with minimal guidance
• Recognized for clear communication and structured problem-solving
• Built strong professional relationships with both internal teams and clients



✅ What They’re Looking For
• 0–2 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or strategy (internships included)
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
• Excellent communicator in English; other European languages a plus
• Curious, ambitious, and motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment
