We are looking for a Junior Manager Marketing and Communication (m/f/d) who will give both Seeds and our customers a public presence. Your tasks are very varied and range from strategy creation to process design to internal and external communication on all channels. Our selected clients are preferably from the sustainability/social business sector and can also go beyond Germany. Initially, we are looking for a generalist; as we grow, you will of course determine which area you want to pursue as a focus in the long term.

Your area of responsibility

1. Develop a workflow/setup for effective small and medium business/budget communications.
2. Shape the face of Sustainable Seeds as well as that of its customers in external communications.
3. Build reach through content marketing combined with smart SEO use.
4. Create websites, publications for all channels, materials for marketing and business representation.
5. Be an expert in SEO, Google Analytics, Search Console and like to have at least basic knowledge of Google Ads.

What we are looking for

1. At least completed Bachelor's degree
2. First relevant work experience
3. In-depth knowledge in the areas of digital marketing and brand marketing
4. Confident, authentic and sometimes playful communication skills
5. Desire to tell stories and captivate others with ideas, texts and images
6. Orientation towards KPIs and goals
7. A broad interest
8. At least fluent in German and English
