Junior Market Research Consultant (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Junior Market Research Consultant, referred to internally as an 'Analyst', to strengthen our project teams. You will learn how we successfully run client projects and gain valuable experience in supporting all phases of a market research project. Through exposure to a diverse range of projects and tasks, you will be developed to become a comprehensive and versatile market researcher with growth opportunities in our company. You will collaborate with a team of experienced, skilled and curious project leads and method experts, each representing a wide background of academic disciplines. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute quantitative research as part of client projects.
• Collaborate with project leads to deliver robust quantitative research for ad-hoc and tracking projects.
• Engage in data analysis, interpretation and visualization to support client presentations.
• Assist in operational tasks to ensure the smooth and successful execution of projects.
• Work closely with data to enable project leads to deliver compelling client stories.

Profil / Qualifications

• Successful completion of studies (Masters, PhD) in Business (Marketing, MBA), Social Sciences (Psychology) or a related field
• Experience in working with quantitative survey data: creating questionnaires, collecting primary data, cleaning/validating data, and charting/visualizing results
• Knowledgeable in statistics and quantitative research methods
• Sound mathematical understanding to analyze complex data
• Skilled in data analysis tools and software (SPSS, R, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Proactive mindset, initiative, curiosity, and the ability to ask questions
• Ability to learn quickly, drive own learning path, and apply new technical and complex processes
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written and verbal)
