Your role as a Junior Partner Marketing Manager

Our innovative HR software saves companies an incredible amount of time each year while providing employees with greater convenience and security in their daily work. Your role:

You will start by working closely with an experienced colleague to generate leads with our partners worldwide. Gradually, you will take on responsibility for your own partners and campaigns.

You will work with renowned Microsoft partners around the world – primarily in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the DACH region.

• It works like this: In the Hubdrive Academy , you will learn how to plan, organize and successfully generate leads independently.
• Later on, you will generate leads with our sales partners such as Telekom or with Microsoft - from the invitation to measuring success.
• Together with the partner, you consider the appropriate measures: Webinars? Trade fairs? Online? LinkedIn campaign? Just a newsletter for now? Everything combined?
• You start with partners in Germany, and as soon as you're fit, it's off to the international market. 36 countries - you have your work cut out for you. (Of course, you don't do it alone - your colleagues are by your side).
• Within two years, you will build up a high-caliber, international network.
• Sometimes challenging: Some partners, especially smaller ones, have less experience. This is where you are needed - with your skills, experience and persuasiveness.
• What works well, you recommend to other partners. There will be a few failures - forget about it.
• This completes the whole thing.

You have no experience in Partner Marketing yet

Are you passionate about generating leads, but have little or no experience in this field? No problem, apply anyway. We have a solution.

At the Hubdrive Academy, we fill in gaps in your knowledge and you gain the necessary experience through on-the-job training.
