Deine Aufgabe

• End-to-End Recruiting: You take full ownership of the hiring process across multiple departments — from defining the role and crafting the perfect job ad to sourcing, interviewing and sealing the deal.


• Employer Branding: You launch creative initiatives and campaigns that turn our culture, values and mission into stories that attract through creative social media, events or career page.


• Employee Experience: You create a seamless, top-notch Onboarding process where employee feel welcome right from the first touchpoint


• Continuous improvement: You support our team with People Ops topics on a daily basis, enhancing best practices.


• Workplace Engagement: You drive workplace satisfaction by coming up with creative ideas about events, infrastructure and initiatives.

Dein Profil

• Experience: You’ve gained initial experience (2-3 years) in similiar roles in Start-Ups


• People-first Mindset: You’re approachable, empathetic and confident in communicating with candidates and colleagues alike — in English (C1).


• Startup Spirit: You are eager to learn, take ownership of your work and enjoy being hands-on


• Creative Artist: You like to create engaging employer branding initiatives, creative projects and shape positive experiences


• Structured Work: You proactively find and connect with talent, keeping track of candidates, and timelines with attention to detail.
