This Includes

• Conception and planning of modern IT solutions for media, TV and radio
• Presales support of our customers during the conception phase
• Execution of workflow and process analysis at the customer
• Support of the in-house team in handling customer inquiries
• Support during integration and commissioning of IT installations
• Conducting trainings and briefings
• Documentation management

Requirements

Study of communications engineering / IT / media technology or comparabe (desirable)
Experience with media information systems (ingest, production, playout, news, MAM,...)
Basic knowledge of IP-based streaming technologies
General practical experience with current IT technology
Language skills: English, German
Joy in independent and structured work
