Akelius Languages Online gGmbH is a non-profit organization with offices in Berlin and Nicosia.
We are developing a language learning application for children and adults. It is used by non-governmental organizations worldwide.

Role
You will focus exclusively on tasks related to the Akelius Foundation.
All team members work at least three days per week from the office.
You will be based in our Berlin offices, alternating between:
- your main office location in Berlin-Friedenau
- a second office location at Pohlstraße, in the triangle of Schöneberg, Kreuzberg, Mitte

Who You Are
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Junior Project Manager.
You bring:

• first professional experience in project management
• high proficiency in English and German
• background in education or the non-profit sector is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• assist with all types of projects related tasks, from conducting research, planning activities, to executing work packages
• maintain an overview and databases related to partnership projects
• optimize templates and other project documentation
• more tasks depending on business needs
