Junior Recruiter (Fluent GERMAN) – Remote from EU
Contract Type: Freelance / Contractor
Compensation: Fixed monthly salary + Bonus
Location: 100% remote within EU

The Role
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone based in EU who speaks fluent German and is eager to start a career in recruitment. You will be trained and supported by our experienced team to learn how to:

• Search for and identify suitable candidates for our clients’ vacancies.
• Speak to candidates, understand their skills and career goals, and match them to roles.
• Build relationships with candidates.
• Support in maintaining our database and recruitment tools.

Over time, you will also gain exposure to client communication and account development.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using online platforms and our internal database.
• Conduct initial screening calls in German and English.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Keep accurate records of activities in our applicant tracking system.
• Work closely with senior recruiters to deliver on active projects.

What We’re Looking For
Fluent German (C1+) and strong English communication skills.
No recruitment experience required – but you should be interested in people, careers, and business.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently from home.
Based in Italy with the right to work.
