Role and Responsibilities

As our Junior SEA, you will:

• Set up, manage, and oversee multiple Google Search and Bing accounts for various GEOs and verticals.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimizing for maximum profitability while achieving ambitious goals.
• Take full ownership of your search accounts and projects, managing them end-to-end.
• Experiment, test, and evaluate new ideas, contributing to the implementation of successful strategies across the SEA department.
• Collaborate closely with other SEA experts and cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights and shape our overall paid marketing strategy.
• Drive the automation of paid marketing processes , making workflows efficient and scalable.
• Document best practices and share knowledge openly with colleagues, enabling team-wide success.
• Work with industry-leading brands like HelloFresh and Babbel , driving high-quality lead generation.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• first experience in performance marketing , with a strong focus on SEA.
• A proven track record of working with Google and Bing campaigns.
• A data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional analytical skills (experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus).
• An understanding of machine learning principles and marketing automation.
• Fluency in English (German skills are a plus).
• A background in handling multi-geo accounts in a fast-growing international environment is a plus.
