With the rise of e-commerce and the demand for a faster and more flexible movement of goods, warehouse and manufacturing operators are facing increasingly complex production and logistic challenges today. Speed, product diversification, same-day delivery, volume, safety… these concerns are impacting a wide range of industries, from apparel, retail, automotive, to even electronics, energy and pharmaceutical industries.

Responsibilities:
• Develop concept of warehouse layout with mobile robotics technology
• Evaluate and select components and solutions considering technical and economic aspects
• Analyze customer data to find the optimal solution
• Introduce and present solutions to customers in Europe, provide technical clarification/expertise
• Specify and request third-party components
• Prepare tenders and calculate project costs


Required capabilities, and skills:
• Completion of a degree in logistics, industrial engineering or other engineering majors
• Experience in automation logistics, good understanding of logistics processes
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office, with practical application experience in solution design and statistics analysis
• Very good written and verbal English communication skill and the ability to present internally/externally
• Accept occasional business travel within EMEA region


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Proficient in other languages is advantageous, such as Chinese, German, French, etc
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple complex situations to deliver successful results
