We are currently partnering with a leading global manufacturer in the building materials and construction technology sector. Known for their focus on energy efficiency, sustainable innovation, and smart building systems, the company operates across more than 70 countries with a strong international presence.

They are now looking for a Junior Statics Engineer to join their team in Wesel, Germany . This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative roof and wall systems used in modern, energy-efficient buildings. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver technical excellence in structural design and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural and planning tasks for industrial, commercial, and residential building envelopes.
• Collaborate with clients, planners, architects, and contractors to ensure design integrity.
• Carry out preliminary structural assessments and verification of roof and wall systems.
• Conduct load-bearing and usability calculations (e.g., for sandwich panels and substructures).
• Evaluate architectural plans for feasibility and material compatibility.
• Independently develop construction proposals and design solutions.
• Support marketing with technical documentation for catalogues.
• Assist in preparing certification and testing documents.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support project quotations.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in structural engineering or equivalent qualification (e.g., certified construction technician).
• Technical training with proficiency in CAD software.
• Experience with structural analysis tools (e.g., SandStat) is advantageous.
• Prior experience in a similar engineering or design role is a plus.
• Strong understanding of structural design, materials, and building technologies.
• Professional-level German and fluent English (minimum B2 level).
