Since 2007, Alstertech has been providing high-level IT services across Hamburg and surrounding areas, including Field Service, License Management, and Support. Our focus is on our diverse range of clients from various industries, with locations in Hamburg and Rostock, ensuring top-tier service and support around IT and EDV.

To support our growth at the Hamburg location, we are looking for Windows Server Administrators / Systemadministrators (m/w/d).

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain customer servers in a Microsoft environment
Maintain and manage Active Directory, DHCP, permissions, Exchange , file and print services
Manage Office 365 and Azure
Monitor systems and respond immediately to issues or disruptions
Perform patch management on servers and systems
Administer network devices: routers, switches, WLAN
Train and support in existing industry-specific applications
Manage firewalls such as LANCOM, Sophos, Watchguard
Administer and maintain VoIP telephone systems

Profile

Completed training as a IT specialist for system integration with relevant experience
Good knowledge of Windows Server OS , HyperV, VMware ESXi
Basic knowledge of Office 365 and Azure
Experience with Exchange , firewall solutions (e.g., Sophos, Pfsense)
Experience with monitoring and patch management
Self-reliant and structured working style
Proficient in German (spoken and written)
Driver's license class B is desirable
Team spirit, strong communication skills, high flexibility
Empathy and a courteous demeanor complete your profile
