Aufgaben

As a Technical Consultant, you will be part of our Merchant Services team and support our national and
international customers, prospects, and partners with all concerns regarding our products and services.

• Technical consulting and support for prospects, existing customers, and partners (via phone, email, and on-site if needed)
• Analysis and resolution of technical problems in collaboration with the development department
• Interface to internal departments (e.g., sales, IT)
• Configuration and testing of customer integrations

Qualifikation

• Initial professional experience in IT support, IT consulting, or similar fields
• Strong technical understanding and high customer orientation
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Payment experience is a plus
• Willingness to train in Bamberg (beautiful Oberfranken) for 3-4 months, with accommodation provided during this period
