We are looking for a flexible clerical employee (m/w/d) for our Cross Functional Services department. Whether it's vehicle setup, invoice processing, customer contact, or support in the mailroom – no two days are the same with us. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

In Vehicle Setup:

• You accurately record vehicle data in our system based on contracts with manufacturers, ensuring all important information is complete and correct to guarantee a smooth rental process and subsequent vehicle operations.
• You correspond with purchasing, accounting, and fleet managers of our corporate countries in German and English.
• You ensure all invoices related to our vehicles are correctly recorded before further processing.

In Invoice Processing:

• You support the entire invoice processing cycle—from receipt to verification; you also review validated invoices and process them as needed.
• You compare OCR data with the original invoice and check the completeness of the invoices.
• You handle VAT 14% and update data in the system as necessary.
• You ensure all invoices are fully recorded in our invoice system, guaranteeing high data quality.
