Your responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders independently and monitor their status at all times.
• Organize national and European (high-tech) transports ensuring smooth operations.
• Create individual offers and performance reports for our customers.
• Support and communicate confidently with our customers in English, including handling escalations.
• Act as a central interface between internal teams, external customers, and transport partners.
• Continuously monitor processes and actively contribute ideas for quality improvement.
• Assist operationally in onboarding new customers and partners, contributing to successful integration.

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a forwarding agent (w/m/d).
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation, or a desire to develop in this area.
• Confident communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools.
• Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities, even under stress.
• Structured thinking, process-oriented approach, and high initiative.
