Play an active role in Reebok’s Rebranding and Market Acceleration in Germany !

We are looking for a Key Account Executive ready to actively shape our market acceleration by managing strategic “performance” accounts such as Intersport, and Sport 2000 – and driving our growth in Germany. This is a role where freedom, ambition, and impact are part of your daily life.

Like Shaquille O’Neal redefining the game, you will build long-term partnerships,

boost brand desirability, and lay the foundations for Reebok’s next chapter in

Germany.

Your Mission

  • As Key Account Executive, you will: Lead the full sales cycle from pre-sales to sell-out for strategic accounts.
  • Build and execute data-driven account plans, turning KPIs (net sales, margin, sell-out) into concrete actions.
  • Negotiate and optimize commercial terms to drive sustainable growth.
  • Activate the brand at retail – working closely with Trade Marketing to create high-impact online and offline activations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to maximize results.
  • Act as a project leader – improving processes, ensuring efficiency, an coordinating seasonal sell-in presentations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, and identify new opportunities to regain market share.
  • Ensure flawless product launches and sell-out performance on key initiatives.

Your Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management or Strategic Sales, ideally in sport, lifestyle, or retail, with a track record managing national key accounts and negotiating with buying groups and central purchasing organizations
  • Analytical and strategic mindset, able to translate KPIs and complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of the sports performance market across training, running, basketball and fitness with a strong connection to key buying groups field partners and strategic accounts.
  • Authenticity and energy, you stand by your ideas and engage clients and teams with impact.
  • Proactive and self-driven, you identify opportunities and move projects forward with autonomy.
  • Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1), with intercultural agility to collaborate across markets.
  • Mobile across Southwest Germany for frequent client visits and market presence.

Location & Package

● Hybrid home-office role, ideally based around Frankfurt or in Baden- Württemberg with frequent travel to key accounts across Southwest Germany.
