We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Consultant (m / f / d) for a long term assignment with the option of a permanent position, in the indication : Nephrology / Ophthalmology -in the area of South Baden Württemberg from .

Your tasks

  • Established and developed customer relationships in the new Ophthalmology business unit with a focus on customer identification, building customer know-how and developing customer plans for successful launches
  • Successful launch of two VEGF inhibitors in the assigned territory based on the marketing and sales strategy
  • Responsible for the sales of existing products in the field of nephrology with implementation of the specified marketing and sales strategy. This includes in particular the differentiation from competitor products and services.
  • Achievement of sales targets such as market share, turnover, contact targets, frequency and territory coverage, as well as qualitative targets with regular monitoring and reporting of the responsible results to the supervisor(s)
  • Visits / contacts to the target customers selected and / or assigned in the course of targeting in the private practice, outpatient and / or inpatient sector with efficient frequency, as well as independent, number-oriented performance measurement and control
  • Achieving an optimal sales range through the use of omnichannel
  • Establishing and expanding networks / relationships with key customers and opinion leaders
  • Close cooperation and coordination with other sales divisions (e.g. Medical Liaison Manager, clinic, SAMs)
  • Conducting territory, competitive, business and customer analyses and applying analytical tools such as customer segmentation, potential analysis, targeting and the creation of customer action plans
  • Continuous further development through participation in training, courses and conferences and through coaching via the supervisor(s) through accompanying visits
  • Participation in changing project work
  • Preparation and implementation of own regional events or practical training courses as well as support and participation in relevant regional and national congresses and ensuring that these are advertised via OmniChannel measures
  • Tour planning
  • Updating customer master data, documentation and administration, especially in reporting and notification systems
  • Team integration and collaboration with colleagues, particularly within the indication line

Your profile

  • Training as a certified pharmaceutical sales representative (m / f / d) or scientific studies or medical device consultant
  • Written and spoken German and good knowledge of English
  • Several years of successful work in the pharmaceutical sales force, knowledge of the indication area.
  • Ideally good experience in the outpatient and / or inpatient sector of the indication area. Ideally experience in the VEGF market in ophthalmology
  • Sound knowledge of the health policy environment in the GX / EA pharmaceutical market
