    We're Hiring "Key Account Manager"


    About the Role
    As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for our renowned catering partners across Germany. In this role, you will drive the acquisition of new business opportunities with strategic key accounts, expand your customer base, and build strong, long-term relationships with partners. You will take ownership of negotiations with key decision-makers, support pilot projects, and manage annual discussions on acquisitions, pricing, and closures. Working closely with your team lead and our global team, you will ensure the best outcomes for both our partners and our business.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Act as the primary contact person for our catering partners, delivering excellent and comprehensive service and support.
    • Identify and acquire new business opportunities with strategic key account partners in Germany.
    • Expand and further develop your own customer base within the company.
    • Negotiate partnerships and agreements with key decision-makers in partner chains, including pilot project support.
    • Independently plan, prepare, and execute annual meetings, acquisition and closing discussions, as well as pricing negotiations; ensure proper follow-up and documentation.
    • Collaborate closely with your team lead and the global team to achieve optimal business results.

    What You Bring
    • Degree in economics, commercial apprenticeship, or a comparable qualification.
    • 2+ years of experience in sales and/or key account management.
    • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
    • High professionalism and competence in contract negotiations and strategic customer support.
    • Strong communication skills and sales talent, with proven negotiation abilities.
    • Independent, structured, and efficient way of working, combined with a confident demeanor.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for developing and pursuing new solutions.
    • High willingness to travel to customers (company car provided).
    • Proficiency in Google Drive, MS Office, Salesforce, and communication tools such as Slack.
