What You’ll Do

• Service, repair, and improvement: With Tesla‑specific software and advanced tools, you can perform repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles.
• Quality assurance: We trust that you will carefully inspect our vehicles before return and pre‑delivery and work with the highest quality standards.
• Collaboration: You work across teams (local and regional), exchanging ideas and sharing your experience to further improve the service experience.
• Development: Prepare for success. Our dedicated internal training teams will train you in Tesla‑specific technology and electric vehicle repair.

What You’ll Bring

• Professional experience in carrying out vehicle service and repair work in the automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries.
• Technical qualification: You have the appropriate certification to carry out vehicle repairs in Germany (training as a
