Emagine is currently looking for a Kinaxis Specialist to join a long-term assignment with one of our international clients in the manufacturing sector. This is a strategic opportunity to provide functional support during the Hypercare period following the go-live of the Kinaxis planning system, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal use for end users in the APAC region.


The selected professional will work closely with the Demand Planning team, Hypercare support team, and the Supply Chain Center of Excellence project team to address functional queries, troubleshoot issues, and guide end users in best practices within the system.


Your main responsibilities:

• Provide real-time remote functional support to Demand Planning and Account Manager end users during the Hypercare period.
• Address and resolve functional queries related to Demand Planning.
• Troubleshoot user issues and escalate technical problems when necessary.
• Guide end users on best practices and process adherence within Kinaxis.
• Document frequently asked questions and solutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with DT, Kinaxis Hypercare support, and project teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
• Provide training or knowledge transfer sessions to end users.


You bring:

• Proven experience in demand planning, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Demand Planning.
• Strong understanding of demand planning processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with SAP ECC & BW reporting is highly desirable.
• Experience in go-live support is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with different industry sectors (aerospace, automotive, agriculture, electronics, healthcare, consumer goods) is a plus.
• Multilingual capabilities (especially in major APAC languages) are advantageous.
