Technical Support Specialist (product Support)

HELFERLINE GmbH is an innovative startup that supports private individuals with everyday technical problems. With our HEILERLINE app, technicians can take orders and work onsite at customers' homes. Travel time and a small travel allowance apply based on location.

Responsibilities

Resolve everyday technical problems on site (at customer homes). Common recurring issues include Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, printers, internet, TV devices.

Qualifications

Technical proficiency with consumer devices. No technical degree required—just familiarity with computers, smartphones, etc.
