Koordinator IT - Service und Support (M/W/D)

The Barmherzige Brüder Munich hospital operates as an academic teaching hospital of TU Munich and the German Academy for Nutritional Medicine, with 405 acute beds, located directly at Nymphenburger Schloss.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate ticketing activities within the IT Service and Support team at our Munich location to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Assist in developing and implementing IT support processes and policies.
• Help in creating reports and analyses to evaluate support activities.
• Eskalate critical IT issues and assist in coordinating solutions.
• Monitor and prioritize service and support requests and tickets.
• Support our IT users via our central hotline and on-site as part of our service organization.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for hardware, software, and various applications within the hospital environment.
• Qualify, document, and prioritize fault reports and service requests in our ticket system.
• Independently resolve fault reports or escalate to relevant departments.
• Perform services remotely or on-site as required.

Your Profile

• Completed IT training and/or several years of professional experience in IT support/helpdesk support.
• Extensive experience in IT support, ideally in a coordinating role.
• Solid knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications.
• Strong communication skills and high problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High service orientation and empathy for users.
• Excellent knowledge of client, server, and network technology and Microsoft Windows and Office environments.
• Quick comprehension and analytical thinking skills.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Align with the values of a Christian hospital.
