Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent culinary quality and support the chef de partie in all aspects.
• Guarantee smooth kitchen operations, cleanliness, and teamwork.
• Maintain optimal inventory and waste management.
• Prepare ingredients and handle kitchen equipment carefully.
• Bring passion for quality products and craftsmanship.
• Work as a team to delight our guests.
• Remain calm and efficient during busy times.
• Be open to new ideas and express creativity.

Qualifications:

• Completed training as a cook or chef.
• Experience in a similar role, ideally in upscale hospitality or gastronomy.
