Healthcare Data Verification Freelancer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable freelancer to play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of our healthcare data. This project involves making phone calls to various healthcare institutions (hospitals, doctors’ offices, clinics, etc.) to verify pre-existing information. This freelance position involves tasks that generally require 40 hours per week to complete and necessitates availability during the entirety of standard healthcare business hours of Kyrgyzstan during the business hours of 9am to 5pm

Job requirements:
• Personal computer/laptop
• Good to great internet (10 mbs +) (https://www.speedtest.net/)
• Fluent English and Kyrgyz with at least C2 or equivalent level, focus on reading and speaking skills
• Communicate actively to gain understanding of the tasks at hand
• Availability during the entirety of the standard healthcare business hours of Kyrgyzstan country (e.g., Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM local time, with potential variations)
• Availability to perform task completion that generally necessitates 40 hours / week
• Motivation to acquire new skill by learning set of rules and guidelines provided in the training book
• Be able to deliver high-quality data within each week in accordance with set KPIs
• High attention to detail


Nice to have:
• Education or work experience in the life science (education or professional experience)/ healthcare industry
• Call center experience
• Noise cancelling tools/equipment


Other information:
• Remote freelance role
• Long-term collaboration after a successful probation period of one month
