As our Lead Architect, you will be a strategic and technical backbone of our digital transformation. You will guide and coach a team of architects, design scalable and sustainable architecture, and ensure our solutions are innovative and impactful.

Ingredients for Success

You should have strong knowledge of software architecture principles and proficiency in modern technologies and frameworks. Experience with web architecture and software/hardware interfaces is essential. Strategic thinking, risk and cost management skills, along with an agile mindset and adaptability, are key to success. Fluency in English is important for effective collaboration across our international teams; additional languages are beneficial.

This key role within our DISC (DISH Innovation and Solution Center) organization involves:

• Leading a team of 7 Software and Domain Architects
• Designing business, solution, integration, data, and software architecture for digital products, primarily on a Java tech stack in the cloud
• Supporting agile development, demand, and technology management
