Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead projects involving SAP SD / MM and Logistics areas, executing configuration changes.
• Resolve functional defects as part of project build.
• Analyze client requirements and prepare/review functional specifications.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for delivery and report progress to clients.
• Develop training needs and create training programs for team performance improvement.
• Prepare test cases based on functional specifications.
• Work on interface issues, including middleware and frontend issues.
• Create documentation such as functional specs, design documents, back-out plans, testing results, and root cause analyses.
• Participate in proposals and RFPs, and coordinate with clients to understand requirements and discuss functional issues.
• Interact with clients via meetings, calls, and emails, handle escalations.
• Lead, mentor, and coach junior functional consultants and technical team members.

Expectations

• Strong domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management.
• Hands-on experience in SAP SD / MM area.
• Good integration knowledge with ECC & S/4HANA, including logistics and production.
• Preferred S/4HANA certification.
• Experience in the Beverage industry is a plus.
• Experience with interfaces to third-party applications, EDI/IDOC, and pricing/rebate processes.
• Proven ability to handle production support and lead SAP SD consulting teams.
• Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations, rollouts, and global support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in German language.
