    What your tasks are:

    Advising our clients in the context of SAP CX projects with a focus on SAP Sales & Service Cloud

    Supporting our clients in the implementation or realignment of sales and service processes

    Project management and lead roles in SAP CX projects

    Pre-sales activities to support the sales team in acquiring new projects

    Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients

    Conducting requirements workshops, identifying use cases, and implementing customer-specific requirements within the SAP Sales & Service Cloud

    Developing and implementing concepts and process models in coordination with the client

    Acting as an interface between business and IT in implementation projects

    Mentoring our young professionals and taking subject-matter responsibility for consultants

    Ongoing development of both hard and soft skills

    What experience you should have:

    Excellent functional and technical knowledge of the SAP CX portfolio, particularly SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud

    Strong customer and solution orientation as well as the ability to work independently

    Ability to quickly grasp complex requirements

    High quality standards

    8+ years of experience in SAP CX projects and solid consulting expertise in the Sales & Service Cloud context

    High level of flexibility and willingness to travel

    Interest in open and constructive collaboration

    Business fluent in both German and English
