My client is Europe’s fastest-growing AI learning platform with 20M+ students and top-tier backing. They're not optimizing education— they're reinventing it.




Backed by over $25 million in funding from leading venture capital firms including Project A, Redalpine, Stride, Educapital and more, they are supported by some of the best on this unique mission!




Now they need a Design Lead to take full ownership of their product experience and raise the design bar across the board. You will be responsible for both hands-on product design and developing their internal design culture and team.




What You'll Do

• Own and design core product features from idea to polished launch
• Lead on UX, UI, and visual systems—no design debt, just a blank slate
• Mentor 4 designers and shape a high-performance design culture
• Work hands-on (60–70%) while driving strategic design excellence



You

• 4+ years in B2C product design (mobile-first), ideally in startups
• You’ve led or owned a design function and thrive on end-to-end ownership
• Portfolio showing sharp UX thinking and clean, crafted mobile UI
• Business-minded and fast-moving—you care about outcomes, not just aesthetics
• Bonus: gaming, motion, startup/founder background
