Responsibilities:

1. Handle RICEFW objects across one or more E2E areas.
2. Maintain a clear understanding of dependencies between business processes.
3. Collaborate with other coordinators to ensure solutions are cohesive.
4. Work with functional teams to provide offshore teams with necessary information for development.
5. Provide technical solutions aligned with business requirements, focusing on Clean Core concepts.
6. Identify released objects and guide E2E streams in designing solutions using Clean Core methodology.
7. Review functional specifications and provide feedback to E2E streams.
8. Ensure compliance with quality standards and project processes.
9. Review deliverables, including documentation and code (peer review).
10. Facilitate quick and effective resolution of defects throughout project phases.
11. Address urgent defects as needed.
12. Utilize project management tools like Jira to maintain epics, stories, etc., according to project definitions.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Over 10 years of SAP development experience as an S/4HANA Technical Specialist.
2. Strong understanding of SAP Clean Core Concept and technologies such as RAP/CAP.
3. Deep experience in at least two RICEFW model technology layers, such as Enhancement, Reporting, Interfacing, Workflow, Forms, with solid knowledge of other areas.
4. Experience with latest SAP technologies, including In-App extensions, Side-by-Side extensions, and development services in Business Technology Platform.
5. Proficiency in more than one SAP workstream from a technical perspective (e.g., O2C, R2R, P2X).
6. Experience working in onsite/offshore models, capable of coordinating a team of 5-10 members.
7. Good understanding of (B)API and CDS views related to S/4HANA standards.
