We are seeking a Lead Engineer Wind Turbines (m/f/d) to join our team, focusing on the technical planning and implementation of offshore wind projects. The position is based in Hamburg with the option to work from home up to three days a week, and occasional visits to Oldenburg.

Your Tasks

• Support planning and execution of national and international offshore wind projects
• Manage technical aspects of the WTG package, including contract negotiations and risk management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Conduct technical due diligence for offshore wind projects
• Identify and manage technical risks and project impacts
• Prepare technical documentation such as specifications, processes, and concepts
• Ensure adherence to approval and certification requirements (national/international)
• Support contractual compliance of technical documentation
• Supervise offshore installation, commissioning, and acceptance processes

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Wind Energy Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with expertise in WTG design
• Minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably with offshore wind turbine supply contracts
• Strong team player with proven project management skills in dynamic environments
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, including offshore work if required
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); proficiency in Chinese is a plus
• Valid driver's license (B or Class 3)
