Stellenbeschreibung:

We are a relocation agency helping skilled candidates move abroad for work.

We’re looking for someone proactive and resourceful to find and convince employers in Italy—especially in sectors like hotels, cleaning, agriculture, and warehouses—who are facing staff shortages and are open to hiring employees from abroad.



Your Responsibilities:
• Identify employers interested in hiring from abroad
• Contact them and present our relocation services
• Share daily reports with:
  • Who you contacted
  • Where you found that they are looking to hire from abroad


Compensation:
• €120/month fixed salary
• €80 bonus for each converted client (an employer who signs an agreement to work with us)



This role is results-oriented. If you’re motivated and can deliver consistent leads, this is a long-term opportunity with room for growth.
