Lead Java Developer

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and modern software development practices.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve development efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, MVC), and hibernate.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Exposure to front-end technologies (Angular, React) is a plus.
