We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative team at Erakulis. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models and solutions aimed at enhancing our wellness platform. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to leverage data-driven insights for product innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to integrate machine learning into various products and services.
• Oversee the entire machine learning pipeline from data collection and preprocessing to model training, validation, and deployment.
• Mentor and guide junior machine learning engineers and data scientists.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders effectively and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation are followed throughout the development process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (PhD is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or applied AI, including deploying models to production.
• Strong expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Proficiency in Python and experience with MLOps/cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and applied statistics.
• Proven track record of leading ML projects end-to-end.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineers/scientists.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
