Position Summary

The NLP platform is the core virtual platform powering the vision of delivering the world's best and fully autonomous intelligent agent to users. The candidate should be passionate about NLP and help build the platform from the ground up. As part of a startup, there is also the chance to work directly with customers and the executive team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Expert in NLP, ideally with a PhD, with experience in building and deploying NLP and AI products for enterprise clients.
• Hands-on development experience in C++, Python, and other languages.
• Proficiency in building, training, evaluating, and deploying AI models.
• Strong background in math and statistics is a plus.
• Passionate about startup growth, self-motivated, capable of challenging oneself, and thriving under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Attention to detail and organization skills.
• Experience with data pipelines, data extraction, model training, serving, labeling tools, ML-ops, and tooling.
• MS or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or related fields.
