Be part of a market-leading renewable energy company driving the growth of wind energy infrastructure in Western Germany. As Lead Project Developer, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end development projects—from land acquisition and planning through to permitting—while playing a visible role in the region’s energy transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor developments in planning legislation to identify and shape new project opportunities.
• Secure land for new projects in collaboration with internal land acquisition specialists.
• Oversee all project development stages in coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
• Manage planning, technical studies, tender processes, contract awards, and ongoing quality assurance.
• Initiate and manage project permitting procedures, progressively securing regulatory approvals.
• Represent the company at local and regional events, municipal meetings, owner consultations, and industry conferences.

Required Skills

• Fluent/native-level German (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in renewable energy, ideally in wind energy project development.
• Strong project management skills with experience navigating legal, technical, and stakeholder processes.
• Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and stakeholder-facing experience.
• Ability to lead projects independently while aligning with broader company strategy.
