Stellenbeschreibung:

elunic is seeking a proactive and qualified Lead Qualification Specialist to support our sales team on a freelance basis. This role involves calling and contacting leads from our contact list and asking targeted questions to determine whether they are qualified leads. This position is crucial for efficiently managing our leads and improving customer engagement.

German (native speaker)



Working Hours:

Starting with 8 h/week, possibility of extension



Responsibilities:
• Conduct phone calls or email outreach with potential customers to pre-qualify them based on criteria defined by the team
• Ask targeted questions to assess whether the lead meets the requirements and is qualified
• Schedule appointments for follow-up calls or workshops with our team
• Maintain high communication standards, remaining polite yet assertive, and handle rejections professionally
• Provide regular updates to the team on the status of outreach efforts


Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to align customer needs with our offerings
• Experience in lead qualification, sales, or related fields is a plus, but not required
• Fluent in German (native speaker)


Working Conditions:
• Initially 8 hours per week with a review after one month to potentially increase hours based on performance
• Weekly check-in meetings (15–30 minutes) to discuss progress, customer questions, and relevant topics
• Participation in a 1–2 hour kickoff session to understand product details, sales strategy, and how to approach leads
