Location: Berlin (hybrid)

Responsibilities

Lead or Head of role - Senior Software Engineering level across SRE / DevOps / Cloud / Platform, working on multiple infrastructure topics
Designing and building tools that make developers faster and more efficient
Senior level software engineering experience – ideally with Go

What you need to be good at

Still a hands-on coder (ideally with Go or similar), and a mix of SRE / DevOps and Cloud Experience
Solving problems and figuring stuff out — build custom solutions when needed
Pushing the team forward with both experience and attitude

Skills required

Experience leading projects related to reliability and scalability
A simple passion for infrastructure topics combined with classic software engineering
Tech stack: Golang, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Google Cloud Platform or AWS, Terraform
Leadership – enjoying mentorship and providing guidance to juniors

Details

This is a hybrid position based in Berlin, 1–2 days a week in-office
This role would suit someone with experience across software / DevOps, SRE and Cloud
