This is your chance to join a fast-moving scale-up as an Engineering Team Lead. You'll build the crucial new product – the backbone of enterprise deployments. From installation to observability, from updates to incident response, this is the control plane for everything Ops.

This is a real greenfield role. High impact, high ownership. Solving real product and infrastructure challenges in enterprise environments. Mix of autonomy and cross-functional collaboration. Backed by a brilliant eng org and mission-driven, ex-developer founders.

If you know how to build complex products from scratch, with high ownership, building and running DevOps and Cloud-Native deployment, this is a role that you'll love.

Must have:

• Production experience building + running Docker and Kubernetes
• Confident owning services, suggesting architecture, and working independently
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and deployment + distributed systems
• Product-minded: you care about business outcomes, not just code
• Confident in mentoring and leading engineers

Nice to have:

• Start-up or scale-up experience (not essential but highly desired)
• Open Source or Developer Experience or Tooling experience

You’ll be trusted to lead technically and build a new team from scratch - all while solving real infrastructure problems for companies at scale.
