As a Lead Engineer in the Digital Twin team, you will develop the technological infrastructure that enables On to identify products across warehouses, retail stores, and beyond using technologies such as RFID. This team plays a key role in integrating with supply chain, warehouse, and commercial partners, influencing the future success of On.

Your Mission

1. Write well-tested, scalable, and reliable code that integrates On’s ERP system with RFID solutions.
2. Develop, maintain, and operate cloud-native applications using microservice architectures.
3. Design, evaluate, and plan forward-looking projects to advance On’s technology.
4. Drive technical projects to create more robust services.
5. Help shape On’s engineering culture and contribute to its success.

Your Story

• Extensive experience with TypeScript tech stacks on the backend.
• Proficient in leading the development of large-scale systems.
• Proven track record of developing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-native applications.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with engineers, product, and business stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP, RFID systems, logistics processes, or an interest to learn about them.
• Effective communication in remote and on-site environments.
• Bonus: experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, MS Dynamics F&O, Terraform.
