Job Description
You will be accountable for all aspects of Training Administration and Seminar Management to ensure the class runs successfully (e.g., room preparation, information sharing). This includes both physical presence at the client premise and remote support.
You are personally responsible for maintaining excellent client and stakeholder relationships, as well as contributing to internal KPIs/SLA’s and ensuring all customer satisfaction scores are achieved.
Fluency in both German and English is essential for this role.
