Join us as a Legal Counsel (m/w/d) at Hyundai Motor Company .

As Legal Counsel (m/w/d) for Hyundai Motor Europe, you will work within an international team to provide pro‑active, business‑minded and strategic legal advice to Hyundai's divisions, focusing on a variety of exciting topics ranging from commercial, mobility and technology.

Responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate contracts with external suppliers and continuously enhance Hyundai’s contract management.
Provide full support on major projects of Hyundai starting from its creation until completion.
Resolve out‑of‑court and litigation disputes of Hyundai’s organization in Europe.
Manage legal risks for the Hyundai organization in cooperation with other legal teams of the Hyundai Group.
Instruct and manage Hyundai’s external counsels in line with internal budget and quality requirements.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on various projects.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer in a business corporation and/or an international law firm.
Fully qualified lawyer (University degree and admission to bar in Europe preferred).
Strong experience with corporate law and contract review.
International EU experience is considered advantageous.
Automotive industry and in‑house legal operations experience is considered advantageous.
